How has your sense of ritual or daily rhythm shifted since entering the fourth trimester, are there moments you’ve found grounding or unexpectedly beautiful?
We've slowed down but time is still going too fast! These first weeks have flown by seemingly doing nothing more than feeding and cuddling the baby. I’m so lucky to have friends and family who have picked up the slack for me so I can make the most of this new rhythm.

What small choices (a meal, a product, a walk, a piece of clothing) are helping you feel most like yourself right now?
Morning walks by the beach, a very simple self-care routine (loving Liminal Elixar face balm) and saying yes to socialising.
What does “wellness” mean to you at the moment, in both a realistic and aspirational sense?
At the moment it's rest, hydration, nourishing food and a bit of sunshine. Bonus if I remember to take my vitamins each day! I'm looking forward to returning to Pilates at some point soon.
Has becoming a mother for the first time changed the way you think about style, beauty, or your home environment?
My approach shifted a while back when we started planning to have a baby - focus was on reducing toxic load. Now that baby is here, I'm so glad we made these changes.

If you could give one piece of advice to a friend about to step into postpartum, what would it be?
Take the antenatal / breastfeeding classes. In those moments of so much newness and overwhelm, it's helpful for you and your partner to have the same information to support each other and get through those hurdles.
Which WYLK products became favourites in your postpartum routine?
Peri Spritz, Pillow Pads & Slip Support Briefs.
